| Book and Pay Online with your Credit Card and PayPal |
- We offer you the facility to book a band or performer online and pay the deposit and some if not all of the balance of your chosen Act's performance fee using your credit card.
- This facility has been set up through PayPal.
- See our Agreement Terms & Conditions for details of our responsibility to you and to the Act you have chosen.
- Now when you receive our recommendations and audition those Acts that seem closest to what you want you can make your choice and book the Act that most appeals to you online using your credit card.
- Will the booking be safe with us? Ask the bands and performers. They know.

| PayPal |
- PayPal is a well-established online bank and the Proprietor has had an account there for six years, since 2003.
- PayPal is one of the most safe, secure ways to make payments online. When you click on the button below you are immediately brought to the PayPal site. You will see the security features on that site: the "https:" in the URL and the lock symbol. You must verify that the URL (internet address) begins with "https://www.paypal.com/" Once you see that in the address you can proceed with full confidence.
- PayPal is totally confidential. We do not get to see any details of your credit card as your payment is lodged directly to our account.
- PayPal will immediately send you a receipt for your payment giving you details of our Account and thus giving you a document recording where your payment has gone.
- PayPal will also notify us of your payment and we will post or mail you a detailed receipt in the usual way confirming the booking with the Act of your choice and yourself.

| Convenience |
- Paying online with us is by far the most convenient and most secure method of ensuring that the details of your booking and payment are correctly recorded.
- Consider the alternatives. Paying directly to the band in cash in a hotel or pub lounge may or may not be risky. Will you get a written contract or agreement setting out the nature of the event, the date, the commencement and finishing times for the performance, the venue, the dress code, and any special requests? You should get all of these in writing as well as a receipt for your money when you book your band or performer.
- Paying by cheque directly to the band is less risky. At least you and the Act have a written record of the payment whatever about the details of the event.
- However preparing a cheque, finding an envelope and a stamp, going to the Post Office, parking the car, and sending your booking form and deposit to us or directly to the Act by snailmail is a bother when compared to the sheer convenience of sending off an online form and making a payment by PayPal.

| Payments and Refunds |
- See our Agreement Terms & Conditions for details of our responsibilities to you and to the Act you have chosen.
- Individual Acts, Bands, Performers each have their own requirements regarding the deposit for a booking. They each have their own booking contracts and Terms and Conditions. Please check with your chosen Act for details of these.
- In general the agreed deposit paid to us on behalf of the band is non-refundable. [Agreed deposit? If you inadvertantly add a zero to a figure and, for example, write €4,000 instead of €400, of course we will refund the €3,600 to you without quibble. If, however, you have not notified us of your intention to book a band through us and if we have no record of you, and if €4,000 mysteriously arrives in our account we will have to satisfy ourselves that you are who you say you are and that you own the money. We hope such a dilemma does not arise. We will return the money lodged in error but charge a small administration fee.]
- When we receive your deposit we immediately notify the Act and send them their deposit to confirm the booking. We also send the Act a copy of your Booking Form. We send another copy back to you with your receipt and keep a third copy on file for ourselves.
- In the event of you making a booking and then wishing to change your mind within a few days we will obviously consider refunding you your deposit provided we have not sent the Act their deposit. If time has elapsed it may be too late to secure a refund.
- All Acts regard a date booked as set in stone. Playing music is their livelihood and they hate having to tell prospective clients that they are already booked on a particular date. If the original client cancels without adequate notice the Act may be unable to get alternative employment for that date and will claim some or all of the agreed performance fee whether or not the event goes ahead. Acts vary in their arrangements for this and it would be as well to check such details when booking.

| How to pay |
| Just click on the "Pay Now" button below and you will be guided through the process. If you need help or reassurance at any time please phone 01-6104442. We're not far away and there is generally someone near the phone "during waking hours". The best time to call however is between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm any weekday. In any case let us know when you are about to make such a payment. |

- In the field below entitled "to pay deposit to [ Act Name ]" just write in the name of the band or performer you have decided to book for your wedding or corporate event.
- In the field below entitled "Event Number, Date, Venue:" write in the "Event Number" we have given you, the date of your wedding or other event, and very briefly, the name of the venue.
- When you press the "Pay Now" button you will be brought to the PayPal site where a page will show our special e-mail address for these payments GoodGigsMA@goodgigs.com and there will be a blank field called "Unit Price" for you to enter the amount you want to pay. Please enter there the deposit required by the band or performer you have chosen as per our quotation (or as agreed in your own negotiations with the Act). Just the figures. No need for the Euro sign €.
