- Our service is free to those seeking information on bands or performers.
- Information is supplied however on the understanding that all bookings will be made through us.
- Where an event organiser wishes to book an Act again for other engagements these bookings also should be made through us.
- Our costs are covered by the bands and performers who avail of our service.

| OUR "Treble your money EXPRESS SERVICE" Details of Express Service |
- Although this service invites you to pay €25 deposit upfront that amount plus €50 more is deducted from the cost of the band or performer you book.
- We're actually offering you a reduction of €50 on your booking if you book through us.
- Refund? If you are dissatisfied with our service we'll refund your €25.
- There are terms and conditions: It's €75 off an Act costing €1,500 or more, a pro rata reduction on Acts costing less than €1,500 i.e. €25 + 3.4%.

| BANDS & PERFORMERS |
Bands and Performers allow us a significant discount on their customary charges in consideration of the following services:
- We advertise on their behalf
- We notify them of events requiring live music for which they may be suitable
- We introduce Event Organisers to them
- We include them in Venue Rotations if they are available and suitable
- We provide them with a VAT invoicing service which enables them to receive payment from us immediately after a Corporate Engagement has been satisfactorily fulfilled while we wait the 30 days or more for payment.
- We are always good for an emergency stand-in band if disaster strikes.

FEES PAYABLE BY BANDS & PERFORMERS |
| The "Application for Registration" is FREE. |

Bands and performers who are not already registered with us are welcome to use the Initial Application Form to introduce themselves to us. |

| If approved, Registration costs €40 + 25.5% VAT = €50.20 |
| |
|
We don't just accept everyone who applies. We try and evaluate bands and performers to ensure that only those who offer a high level of musicianship and professionalism will be recommended to our clients.
Your application will be reviewed and considered and, if we think you are suitable for inclusion in our database and for recommendation to those who request information on bands and performers available for events we will invoice you for a Registration fee of €40 + 25.5% = €50.20
If you respond and pay the fee either by PayPal or by cheque you will be entered in our database and considered for gigs. If not your application will be filed under "Bands not entered yet on DB"until we receive your payment
It takes time and effort to make an entry on our database and to be honest we don't want to fill it with bands that are here today, gone tomorrow, and unlikely to be up to the standard required for us to recommend them to anyone.
Nevertheless we need you as much as you need us. If you get gigs through us we get a small percentage and that keeps us going. |

Once we have had an opportunity to assess your competence we will enter you into our database and start recommending you for gigs. We will then ask you to upgrade to Full Registration which is akin to full membership of a community. We will try and send benefits your way and where possible we will extend preference to you. |

| Full Registration: |
| |
- Following submission of the Initial Application Form and notification of our willingness to enter them into our database bands and performers are asked to pay an initial Registration Fee of €40.00 plus VAT.
This fee is intended to cover the following costs:

- the initial cost of entering their details on our database
- the cost of writing an appropriate promotional profile for them
- the cost of auditioning them or otherwise verifying their competence
- the cost of phoning, texting, and e-mailing them with details of gigs that might suit them if they were available and willing to quote.
- and the cost of sending out that quote to the client in hopes that it may result in a booking.
- The fee will also allow the Registered Band or Performer to "Quote for Gigs" and to avail of the "Gig Exchange".

Note:
- Even one gig obtained through a recommendation by our Agency will recoup the cost of the Registration Fee.
Question: So? Why bother paying the "Registration Fee" upfront at all? Can't Good Gigs Music Agency just accept our first "Commission" as cover for the "Registration Fee"?
Answer: There is a danger that your Initial Application Form may languish in the "Bands not entered yet on DB" file if we are busy responding to inquiries and sending out the recommendations for other acts.
To avoid that please pay the registration fee at your earliest convenience.
- Participation in the "Gig Exchange" could also quickly clear or more than compensate for the fees listed on this page. Details of our "Gig Exchange" scheme will be sent to Registered Bands on request.
- If your Act is unique and if we have "head hunted" you we may enter your details into our database immediately in response to a request from a client. Unfortunately we still need a revenue stream to keep our business afloat and the Registration fee is only a small amount if divided among four or five musicians but is of considerable assistance to us in funding our annual offline advertising programme for example. Advertisements in the media or a stand at a wedding fair exhibition cost many multiples of the Registration Fee we ask of Bands and Performers.
- The Registration Fee for the following and subsequent years will be no more than half the initial fee subject to review. These fees can also be set against Commission on gigs played for the Agency.

| Advertisements & Web Pages: |

- Bands and performers are invited to take an advertisement on the www.goodgigs.com web site consisting of a thumbnail photo, graphic, or a text box on the opening page leading to a full web page on a subsequent page for a fee of €50.00 plus VAT . The web page to consist of a photograph and appropriate text to be supplied by the advertiser. Links will be to the Good Gigs Music Agency with a view to having the bookings made through the Agency.
- For a web page to contain links to other web sites where bookings may be made directly with the band or performer without reference to us the cost is €100 plus VAT per year.
- A domain name consisting of .ie, .com, .info, .net, or .biz etc can purchased from us and pointed to your web page for an annnual fee. Although managed by us this domain name will be your property and can easily be transferred to another service provider.

| Acts & Performers booked through Good Gigs Music Agency: |

- Once we ask a band or performer to quote for a particular event we will discuss an appropriate discount to be deducted from the initial deposit or to be forwarded to us by the band or performer.
- Acts wishing to make payments to The Good Gigs Music Agency may now do so by PayPal using a credit card.
- Since we are likely to send details of many events each month to registered bands it would obviously be in their interest to quote a very competitive price in order to get more of these gigs. This advantage will be passed on to our clients.
